Have I ever mentioned that I love the video for "First Day Of My Life"? Well, I do. And for at least three very good reasons.

- It's a song by Bright Eyes.
- It was directed by John Cameron Mitchell.
- It's got Daniela Sea in it. And she doesn't have to act, just sit there and appreciate her lady friend. So it's win-win for everyone.

My favourite moment is the pregnant woman with the headphones on her stomach.

Heh...it's a pretty extensive guest list. tryoliancorsair and I worked it out one night. Some of the highlights are Kurt Wild, Arthur Stewart, Judith Butler and her partner, Henry Rollins, Chrissie Hynde (who comes early to help cook), several Bollywood stars, several other academics, and some very assorted people. We never wrote it out, which I'm regretting right now...
