Recipe for the best mug of hot chocolate EVER: Pour milk (white and chocolate) into saucepan, add liberal splashes of chocolate syrup and Bailey's. Bring to a boil and pour into cup- commemorative Shag Harbour china mug, for preference- then add six Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles and stir. Your tastebuds will be happy, although your teeth may not.

Unrelatedly, I am so fucking gay for Eddie Izzard right now it's not even funny.

I've noticed quite a large Australian contingent in bandom, which is pretty cool. It means I have people to talk to when I'm awake at an hour no one sane in my timezone would be conscious.

I have to edit things a lot because I put in too many exclamation points! Which makes it seem like I'm very enthusiastic about things! Or possibly just bouncing up and down like a three-year-old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For example, I am enthusiastic about that time Mikey Way was hanging out with her buddy (and ex, although she maintains if you dated for less than a week it doesn't actually count as a relationship) Gabrielle Saporta at Lez Bean, the local cafe, and Bill Beckett came in with her usual entourage. And accessories.

"Oh, God," Mikey groaned, because seriously, was there nowhere else for this chick to hang out? "She's gonna play her bongos. Again."

Gabrielle eyed Bill with no small amount of interest. "Dude," she said- Mikey had no idea how she could make a one-syllable word sound so lascivious- "she can play my bongos any time she wants."

I've never had a soy latte before! Or a soy anything, come to think of it- I think I tasted soy milk exactly once, and my reaction was "YUCK EW GROSS OH GOD MY MOUF TASTES BAD." I was not meant to be a vegan. :(
