Okay, so, like, the world is in a state of upheaval and shock and there will probably soon be rioting and glass-breaking and other such things. My sister asked me to look up the signs of the Apocalypse on the 'net and I'm fairly sure one or two of them have been fulfilled. The leader of the free world is a man who asks the oft-ignored question "is our children learning?" Millions of people are facing four more years of tax cuts for the rich, abstinence-only education, biased constitutional amendments, and needless war.

However, I got to meet one of my favourite authors today, so I'm not completely miserable. In fact, I'm right-down bouncy.
