(no subject)

Managed to make it through the second day of "Stop the Bop," affectionately known as "The Pain." (Think Princess Bride, people.) The CD is already scratched. And thus far SJA Cares has made about twenty bucks.
If I get out of this with my sanity intact I'll know I can withstand anything. Even college and the Teletubbies.
In other news, I'm weighing pros and cons of joining a Harry Potter RPG.
(I keep on typing RPS instead of RPG. Says a lot about my personal interests, doesn't it?)
Cons
- I don't have AIM, so I wouldn't really be able to interact with other players.
- It's supposed to be in third person past tense, and I've never seen an RPG written like that. It intimidates me.
- So does the fact that I've never participated in an RPG before. That probably means I wouldn't get accepted anyway.
- Time-consuming.
- I'd eventually get bored.
Pros
- I'd get to use Tegan and Sara icons. I've wanted to do that for ages.
- I haven't been writing at all lately, and something new like this might kick me out of this funk.
- It might be fun.
- When's the last time I did something this geeky? I mean really.
Alas, so conflicted.
Also, I think I should be King.
