I remember learning to read when I was three or four, and hating it. Didn't want to learn, was convinced I was too stupid, cried when I opened books, etc etc. I also remember reading voraciously as a six-year-old and thinking it was the easiest thing in the world. I'm not sure when that transition happened, but I remember the first book I was ever obsessed with- this version of Molly Whuppie and the Giant.
