I was surprised that I liked Lenny Kravitz as Cinna as much as I did. I was not one of those people who were all "WTF CINNA IS NOT BLACK", but I did have it in my head that Cinna was really young and Lenny Kravitz is not so much! He looks much younger than he is, though, so it didn't end up bothering me.
Wholeheartedly agreed on the derpiness of Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, though. And while I don't want a Seneca Crane beard for myself, I totally want to see that become A Thing. That was really awesome facial hair.
Overall, I was really, really pleased with the movie. I think Suzanne Collins knew exactly what she was doing when she wrote the first book - it read like it should have been a movie, so it translated really well to the screen.
