It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would when I got it done, but it's throbbing like a motherfucker now.

I still can't believe there's a piece of fucking metal in my face. I keep waiting for it to fall out, just because... well, it's a weird fucking concept, man. Metal in my face. Like a fish on a hook. An emo fish.

I kind of like it, though.

I also bought Conor Oberst's solo album and it is beautiful like clear summer days and long empty roads.

Uglies, Pretties and Specials were the first ones I read. Peeps came along a bit later (it's the best YA book about vampires out there, as far as I'm concerned). And there's also the Midnighters trilogy, and an addition to the Uglies series called Extras.
